Virgin Pulse uses a notification system to pull any new Garmin data into your Virgin Pulse account as it becomes available on the Garmin Connect website. Once your Garmin account is linked to your Virgin Pulse account, you can manually sync your Garmin data to your Virgin Pulse account as often as you’d like. Make sure that the Connection Type is set to Automatic and that the Proxy Setting is set to No Proxy. Open the Pulse Secure application, click on the gear icon, and select Settings. Your connection will be made successfully, and you’ll be redirected back to the “Devices & Apps” page, where there should be a link icon in the top right corner of the Garmin section of the page indicating that you have successfully connected it. If your connection is working correctly, the next step is ensuring that your Pulse Secure settings are correct. You’ll be redirected to the Garmin/Virgin Pulse application authorization page, where you’ll need to enter your Garmin log-in details, and click the “Agree” on following screen to confirm.Scroll down and locate the Garmin section on the page, hover over it, and click the “Connect” button that appears.In the drop-down menu that appears, select Devices & Apps. Hover over More in the right corner of the top-navigation menu.Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website.Make sure that you have created a Garmin account and linked your Garmin device (you can create an account via ).Please follow these instructions to connect it to your Virgin Pulse account: Click 'Open' again on the next pop-up.Garmin devices are a great way to track your activity in the Virgin Pulse program! The installation may take up to a few minutes.When promoted click Next followed by Install. Make sure your device is not connected and click on Download button on the right.It will recognize your device and prompt you from there. If the software doesn't launch automatically, you might need to click on the Virgin " P" icon to launch it. Once the Sync software is ready, plug in your Max device.Follow the on-screen prompts to download the software! Hover over the More tab in the right corner of the top navigation menu.Note: If you are upgrading to a Max from a GoZone, make sure that you have uninstalled the old version of the software, before you download the new version.
